Your enquiry and your information
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Twyft uses the details you provide to understand your business enquiry and contact you about it. The form asks for your name, business and email address. You can also tell us which services interest you and add a message.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is posted to a private Twyft Slack channel for manual follow-up. If delivery to Slack fails, it may be emailed to js@twyft.com instead. Access is limited to the people handling business enquiries.
A temporary delivery buffer helps prevent a connection problem from losing your message. The contact details are cleared from the active buffer after confirmed delivery; limited delivery metadata is removed after 24 hours. Unsent messages remain available for recovery. Slack and email copies follow the retention settings of those services, and protected backup copies remain until their normal expiry.
Keeping it safe
Our hosting, website security, communication and backup providers help us deliver and protect the service. The website uses Bunny, DigitalOcean, Slack, Google Workspace, Postmark and Backblaze for those purposes. Security controls use limited connection information to prevent abuse. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This landing page uses no optional analytics or advertising cookies.
